Information you submit
The form asks for your email, role (fan, maker, or organizer), confirmation that you are 18 or older, and permission to email you about launch and access. These details are used in the email draft you choose to send.
Purpose and storage
This website prepares an email draft locally in your browser. It does not send the request or save form fields to a server. If you send the email, your email provider and the CosConnect mailbox handle the message. The team uses it to respond to your interest and share launch or availability information.
Your choice
Sending a request is optional and does not create an account. To ask for no further updates or request removal of your request, email hello@cosplaymakerhub.com from the address you used. Do not include identification documents.
Email handling and questions
The receiving CosConnect mailbox is hosted with Microsoft 365. Contact hello@cosplaymakerhub.com to ask about how your email is handled or request removal. No automatic deletion period is specified for email requests.
